Agungi is located along the Lekki-Epe expressway between (5th & 6th roundabouts). It is about 15 minutes drive to Victoria Island but between 20 – 45 minutes during the rush hour period. There is no central management authority in Agungi but there are different functional residents associations.
Entry into Agungi is unrestricted but some streets are gated and there are guards stationed at these gates. Most of the houses in Agungi are family duplexes and apartment blocks.
The central road in Agungi is interlocked and there are drainage channels on both sides of the roads. Most of the residents in Agungi are middle-income earners. There is no central water supply unit, all houses have individual boreholes and water treatment plants. Waste management is handled by the Lagos State Waste Management Authority (LAWMA).
